About hemp seeds and our products
> Why hemp?
Because hemp provides us with an ideal nutrition profile, with easily digestible complete proteins, good fats, and fiber. Moreover, it contains a wide variety of vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc, and magnesium.
In addition to its exceptional nutritional value, hemp is a locally grown plant that contributes to biodiversity. For more information, please refer to our “nutrition” and “environment” pages.
> Where do the hemp seeds come from?
Our hemp seeds come from neighbouring France. We have a close relationship with our supplier and visit them every spring to maintain a personal connection.
> Do konoï products contain THC?
Our products do not contain any phytocannabinoids (THC, CBD, etc.) and have no psychoactive effects.
> Are all Konoi products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten-free. However, it may contain traces of gluten.
> Are all Konoi products lactose-free?
Yes, all of our products are lactose-free.
> Are konoï products suitable for children?
Yes, our products can be consumed from the age of one, at the end of the solid food feeding process. Although hemp seeds are not a source of allergy, some of our products contain sesame, and parents should check their children’s intolerance carefully.
> Are konoï products suitable for a sick person?
KONOÏ aims to support you in maintaining a balanced diet. However, we do not claim to treat or cure any diseases. People with a serious illness should seek information from various sources and, of course, consult their doctor, as each body is different. The information we provide cannot replace the services provided by healthcare and nutrition professionals.
Order, payment, and delivery
> Where can I find konoï products?
> How can I place an order?
Simply select the products you wish to order and proceed through the payment process by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the page. You can also place your order by email at email@example.com.
> Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email, stating your name and delivery address. Cancellation is possible until you receive a shipping notification email. We can also cancel or postpone your order.
> Can I order for multiple people?
You can group requests into a single order if you have the same delivery address.
> What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers or credit cards. You will receive payment details in your confirmation email.
> Do you deliver in my neighbourhood?
Frozen products are delivered by a specialized delivery service in Switzerland. You can also pick them up at our atelier by appointment (Rue des Coopératives 9, 1217 Meyrin).
All other products are sent by Swiss Post throughout Switzerland and Europe.
> Can I return my order?
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, perishable goods will not be returned or exchanged.
In case of non-compliance, damaged or missing products at delivery, please state precise reservations and inform KONOÏ by email at firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of delivery. Only products damaged directly during delivery (opened or torn products) or casting doubt on their freshness due to a damaged package will be taken into account.
In this case, we will make sure to remedy it with another delivery if possible, or we will refund the damaged products, excluding any other compensation or damages. The time limit for any claim for an order is 3 days.
> Are KONOÏ products available for professionals?
Today, KONOÏ products are distributed through partners who offer high-quality products and share our values and desire to offer healthier and more sustainable food options.
