– Why hemp?
Because hemp provides us with ideal nutrition: complete proteins easy to assimilate, good fat, and dietary fibers. Hemp seeds contain a wide variety of vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc, and magnesium.
In addition to its exceptional nutritional value, hemp is a plant that grows locally and contributes to biodiversity. For more information, see our “nutrition” and “environment” pages.
– Where do hemp seeds come from?
Our hemp seeds come from neighbouring France. We have a close link with our supplier and every spring we visit him in order to maintain a human relationship.
– Do KONOÏ products contain THC?
Our products do not contain any phytocannabinoids (THC, CBD, etc.) and have no psychoactive effect.

Our products do not contain any phytocannabinoids (THC, CBD, etc.) and have no psychoactive effect.
– Are KONOÏ products suitable for children?
Yes, our products can be consumed from the age of one year old, at the end of the process of solid foods. Although hemp seeds are not a source of allergy, some of our products contain sesame and nuts, and parents are responsible for carefully checking their children’s intolerance.
– Are KONOÏ products suitable for a sick person?
KONOÏ aims to support the Customer in pursuing balanced nutrition. However, we do not pretend to treat or cure diseases. People with serious illnesses should inform themselves from different sources and of course consult their doctor. As each body is different, the information we provide cannot replace the services offered by health and nutrition professionals.
– How do I order?
Simply select the products you wish to order and go through the checkout process
– Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by mail, indicating your name and delivery address. Cancellation is possible until you receive a shipping notification email. We can also cancel or postpone your order. An administration fee (20.-) is charged for any cancellation.
– Can I order for multiple people?
You can group requests into one order if you have the same delivery address.
– What are the accepted payment methods?
Payment is made by bank transfer, credit card, or through Paypal (using your Paypal account or a credit card). You will receive the payment details in your confirmation email. With Paypal, you will be able to pay using an existing Paypal account or using a credit card (you don’t need a Paypal account).
– Do you deliver to my area?
Our frozen desserts are delivered by a bike delivery service inside the city of Geneva and Carouge. They are also available by a local pickup at our atelier-boutique (Rue des Coopératives 9, 1217 Meyrin).
All other products are sent by Poste Suisse all over Switzerland and Europe.
– Can I come and pick up any order from your atelier?
All our products are possible to come to collect at our atelier-boutique in Meyrin. This way you avoid the delivery costs.
– Can I return my order?
For reasons of food hygiene and safety, perishable foodstuffs will not be returned or exchanged.
Once the order is delivered, immediately ensure the conformity of the delivered product(s) with your order. In case of non-compliance, product defect, or missing products, please inform us by email at hello@konoi.ch on the day of delivery. Only products damaged directly (open, torn, dented products) or questioning their freshness due to a damaged package will be taken into account.
In this case, we will make sure to remedy it by another delivery if possible or we will refund the damaged products, excluding any other compensation. The complaint period for any order is 3 days.
– Are KONOÏ products available for professionals?
