How to use our breakfast mixes?

As breakfast / survival ration

  1. Pour 50 g of mix (5-6 tbsp) into a bowl and add 90-120 ml (depending on the desired texture) of cold or hot water, milk or vegetable drink.
  2. Mix and wait for 2-3 minutes. It’s done!
  3. You can also add fresh fruit on top.

As topping

Add one or more spoons over your preparations: yogurt, smoothie, ice cream, pancake, cakes, verrines.

As energy bar

  1. Mix 200 gr of mix with 2 tbsp sweetener of your choice (date syrup, honey, agave syrup, etc.) in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into a baking dish to obtain a compact mass. Add a little sweetener if needed. Store it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Press the mixture into a baking dish and store it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into bars of your desired size and taste your homemade energy bars !! Nothing keeps you from adding other ingredients.

They can last up to 1 month in the fridge in a hermetic container.
