How to prepare our Pancake mix?

Pancake, Blinis

  1. Pour 50 g of the mix into a bowl and add 75 – 80 ml (depending on the desired texture) of cold or hot water, milk or vegetable drink.
  2. Mix until smooth and wait 2-3 minutes.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour the batter and brown on both sides for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Done! Serve hot! You can also add fresh fruit on top.

>  You can add 1 tbsp of yogurt, 1 tsp of oil to enrich the texture.
